THE PROCESS

What we love the most form our products is that each of them is produced one at a time, by one artisan from end to end, making them unique.

Handwoven by Northern Argentinian communities using only pure sheep and llama wool. The yarn is created from scratch by twisting similar tones of strands together to generate beautiful weaves, each product has its own variation in the knot and its own imperfection on the colour tone as the distinctive signature from who waved it, making our products unique and unrepeatable.

The processes of shearing, washing, carding, spinning and dyeing are made by the same communities without intervention of any machines other than their own hands. These ancient techniques have been shared generation after generation, making it the main reason why these communities choose to dye the wool with natural pigments instead of synthetics dyes, that can be found in flowers and plants in their surrounding ecosystem.
